RETURNS

If you’d like to return or exchange your product – please contact us.

We will provide you with instructions for returning or exchanging your product. Please include your order number in the subject line. You have a 30 day time period from when the order is received to contact us. For returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for returning the items at their own expense.

You will see your refund within 3-5 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.

SHADES DANCEWEAR

To be eligible for a return on Shades Dancewear products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, hosiery and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

FOOTWEAR

All footwear must be tried on a clean, soft surface. Shoes returned with scuffs, marks, dirt, or any visible signs of wear will not be accepted.

WRONG SIZE?

If you incorrectly ordered the wrong size, please email us as quickly as possible.

As long as the order has not already been sent to the warehouse, we will be able to correct this for you. Please note that you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping x 2 to return and reship the replacement.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If something is ordered that is out of stock. You will receive an email from us within 2 x business days. We will offer you a refund or replacement with a stocked item of your choice.

CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to inspect garments to determine the exchange and return policy conditions are met. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and in the original saleable condition.
